Does this sound familiar?
You’ve tried therapy before but it fell short in some way. Either you feel like you received all you could from talk therapy or you didn’t feel like you could show up fully in your identity.
Your work and personal life run at full speed. You work in a demanding work environment and identify as a high achiever. Many think you’ve got it all together but internally you feel frantic and stressed.
You want to break unhelpful family patterns and shift the story of your lineage for yourself and your relationships.
People-pleasing has been a survival tool. It’s seemed easier to focus on others. But you realize this is also creating resentment and irritability and preventing deeper connection with others.
You have insight and know a lot of the ‘why’s’ but you still feel stuck in the harmful things that have happened. You’re beginning to realize that your typical ways of coping aren’t working - and you can’t think or read your way out of this.
Race and your intersectional identities (ethnicity gender, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, etc.) impact all aspects of your life and you’re looking for a space to show up in your fullness.

Anxiety is a sense of dread and constant worry. Together we’ll gently introduce moments of calm and grounding to soothe your nervous system and begin to provide a sense of ease.
Chronic Stress

When stress becomes constant our mind, body, and spirit can wear down. The unrelenting stress of oppression can have a weathering effect on people of color. In our work, we’ll practice techniques to lessen the impact of unrelenting stress.

Trauma
Experiencing "too much, too fast" can activate the mind-body's protection system. We use EMDR to tap into our natural healing ability, allowing us to process, release, and move forward.
